About Us

Test college 2 has 15 schools spread across six campuses in three states of India – Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, with the headquarters at Ernakulam. We offer 150+ degree programs, in a variety of disciplines at the UG, PG, and Doctoral levels. College has approximately 18,000 students and 1,750 faculty members, 600 of which are PhD/DM holders. The college also has a staff to student ratio of 1:10, one of the best in the country, especially among private colleges.

50% of the total seats (ie, 30 in a batch of 60 students) are allotted through the common counseling by the Entrance Commissioner of Kerala. From the balance 50%, under management quota, 35% seats (ie, 21 in a batch of 60 students) are allotted based on merit in various quota (Open Quota – 10 Seats and Christian Quota – 11 Seats) and 15% of the seats (ie, 9 in a batch of 60 students) will be filled as NRI quota. Management Quota Application can be submitted only through Online.

M.Tech Admission


Eligibility will be subject to the rules and regulations of Kerala Technological University/ AICTE/DTE. Candidate with a Valid GATE score is given preference.

• M.Tech in CSE: At least 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech in CSE or Information Technology.

• M.Tech in VLSI&ES : At least 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech in ECE/ Applied Electronics/Applied Electronics &Instrumentation//Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Bio Medical / Electronics/ Bio Medical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• M.Tech in IEM : At least 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech in any Engineering Discipline.

For SEBC (OBC) students, a minimum of 54% aggregate marks in the Engineering Degree examination is mandatory. For SC/ST candidates, a pass in the above mentioned degrees is sufficient.

Candidates, who have passed AMIE / AMIETE Examinations and satisfying the following conditions, are eligible for admission. They must have valid GATE score. A minimum of 55% marks for section B in AMIE/AMIETE examination.

Candidates who have degrees awarded from Universities other than APJ Kerala Technological University shall submit Eligibility Certificate from APJ Kerala Technological University as well as Migration Certificate at the time of admission.

Candidates who have appeared for the final examination can also apply, provided he/she has passed all the subjects up to and including the 6th semester exam. Such candidates shall submit self attested copies of all mark lists up to 6th semester along with the application. Admission of such candidates shall be subject to the production of qualifying degree satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria stipulated for each courses. GATE scholarship is available for candidates with valid GATE score.
